ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order anytime prior to shipment. Please contact us at info@rotomecusa.com or (252)-977-2010 to cancel order. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. For cancelled orders, up to 3% in credit card fees may be non-refundable where payment has already been processed.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt. Contact us immediately at info@rotomecusa.com or (252)-977-2010 if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

RETURNS

We have a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received – unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of use, installation, or wear – including opened packaging not in resellable condition – cannot be accepted for return. Returned items more than 30 days after delivery will be considered non-returnable.

Return process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, contact our return team at info@rotomecusa.com to initiate the process.
  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number with instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Pack securely in original packaging, including any accessories. Ensure your item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We cannot issue refunds for items damaged due to improper packaging.
  4. Include RA Number: Write the provided RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge a restocking fee for items shipped by error. Items ordered by error will be charged a 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs for customer remorse returns or items ordered by error. We will cover shipping costs for items shipped by error.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs (including LTL freight charges) are non-refundable.
